We offer 30, 45 and 60 minute personal training sessions outdoors.
Working with a personal trainer will boost your confidence in the gym, refine your technique and help you reach your fitness goals sooner.
Many of our trainers also have qualifications in special fields such as rehabilitation, pre and post-natal fitness, youth exercise and working with older adults.

What does personal training involve?
During your initial session, your personal trainer will:
- assess your level of fitness;
- understand what you want to achieve;
- identify your preferred activities.
With ongoing training, your personal trainer will:
- develop an individualised program for you;
- work with you to provide support and keep you motivated;
- ensure you learn the correct form and technique;
- monitor and measure your progress over time;
- adjust your training program to keep you interested and challenged.
Your personal trainer can track your results with our state-of-the-art Evolt360 Body Composition Scanner. This is a quick, non-invasive bioelectrical impedance measurement that can determine over 40 different metrics relating to body fat, lean muscle mass and visceral fat. This helps your trainer deliver targeted dietary, exercise and lifestyle advice.
We recommend booking a scan with your personal trainer every four to six weeks.
How to book personal training
You can book personal training sessions online with an online customer portal account. Please see our guides below for help with booking your session.

How to book personal training sessions online
- Login to your online account using your email address and password.
- First time logins: If you are a member, you will already have an account set up. Please use the email address you have provided us. If you haven’t visited us before, or do not have an existing account with us, please visit the online customer portal. Select 'Join or book now' and follow the prompts.
- In the main menu select 'Book'.
- In the sub menu select 'Personal training'.
- Select your trainer and your date and time. If your trainer is not showing any availability, please enquire.
- Select 'Book now' on your preferred time.
- Use the drop down arrow to select your duration.
- Select your start time.
- Select your corresponding purchase.
- Select 'Pay now'.
- Complete your payment details and select ‘Next’.
Credit / debit card
- Enter your credit / debit card details.
- Make payment.
- Check your email for a confirmation email.
- Login to your online account using your email address and password.

Booking condition
Bookings open one week prior to the session start time (to the minute).
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made no later than 24 hours prior to the booking will result in a product return being added to your online customer account.
If you cancel for medical reasons, you must present a medical certificate up to a week after your booked sessions to receive a product return to your account.
