Macleod Recreation & Fitness Centre are excited to bring a program for our female members, their friends and family.
Ladies that Lift is a 6-week program designed for women who want to perfect their lifting technique and improve their confidence within the gym floor. Unlike a regular Group Fitness class, Ladies That Lift is a small group training style which means our trainer/s have more time to focus on form and technique all in a safe space and a friendly atmosphere. This program is for those who are new to resistance training and also those who are looking to improve on their current technique or even better their PB’s.

Start date: Monday 31 July 2023
Class timetable:
Morning group - 6:15am on Wednesdays and Fridays
Evening group - 6:15pm on Wednesdays and Fridays
Inclusions:
- two classes per week;
- EVOLT scans pre and post program;
- non-members will have full access to our facility throughout the six weeks;
- program booklet;
- online support Facebook group;
- nutritional advice.
